Ingredients:

1 pound of pasta, penne

1 pound of trimmed, 2-inch cut asparagus, fresh

3 tbsp. of oil, olive

1 diced onion, small

2 thinly sliced garlic cloves

1/2 cup of cream, heavy

1 cup of white wine, dry

1 zested & juiced lemon, fresh

1 tsp. of salt, kosher + extra as desired

1/2 cup of Parmesan, grated, + extra to serve

1/2 tsp. of pepper, ground + extra to serve

1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley, fresh

1/2 tsp. of crushed pepper flakes, red
